1. The student with disabilities is a fully human subject with
corresponding innate, sacred and inviolable rights.
2. The student must be helped to take his or her place in society in all
aspects and at all levels, as far as it is compatible with his or her
capabilities.
3. The principles of integration, normalization and personalization are
fundamental to the program.
