Medication will be administered to the children by the Developmental
Therapist and up to date records will be kept.
  
  The only medication administered will be according to the directions of the 
physician and it must be in the original bottle. Written permission of the 
parents or guardians is required.

  If a child becomes ill during the day, and if it is felt by the staff that the 
student cannot remain at the school, the parents/foster parents will be 
contacted and arrangements will be made for the child to be taken home
or to the hospital.
